While many of the big injuries in Week 3 affected running backs, fantasy managers need to keep an eye on some wide receivers as well. Tampa Bay should be getting back some of their players (Mike Evans was suspended, not injured), but not all teams are so lucky. Sterling Shephard of the New York Giants is now out for the season with a torn ACL. Michael Thomas is dealing with a toe injury. Keenan Allen is still questionable with a hamstring injury.
A player to certainly watch in practice reports this week is Detroit's Amon-Ra St. Brown. He suffered an ankle injury in Week 3 but played through it. He will likely miss practice time, but assuming it isn't anything worse than a tweak, he should be fine. However, he did drop slightly in the rankings because of the injury. He's a low WR1/high WR2, just be sure he is active on Sunday.
