Billy Horschel is among the contenders at this week's Masters tune-up
The Valero Texas Open is set for April 4-7 at TPC San Antonio - AT&T Oaks. That means it's time to pick your optimal DraftKings fantasy golf lineup. Fortunately, our fantasy golf experts are ready to help.
Here's what our best Valero Texas Open 2019 lineup looks like:
Billy Horschel ($9,800)
Billy Ho's been on a — he hasn't missed a cut since last July, a 14-tournament streak — and he's a course horse, with three top 4s in San Antonio. The flat stick is on fire: He's eighth on Tour in SG: Putting.
Lucas Glover ($9,300)
Lucas' late 30's resurgence continues — he's finished T17 or better in nine of his last 11 outings, with four top 10s. He's doing it with his typically solid ball striking: He's 10th in GIR and 17th in SG: Tee-to-Green.
Aaron Baddeley ($8,300)
Badds ain't bad at all in the Alamo City — he's seven for seven in cuts made with five top-20 finishes, including a T16 last year. Coming off a T7 in the Dominican Republic last week.
Luke List ($8,000)
List's hit-or-miss season makes him a bargain this week. A great driver of the golf ball, List is less reliable with the shorter sticks, but he's capable of catching fire; he just needs to string four rounds together. Has two top 15s in his last five starts.
Justin Harding ($7,700)
A virtual unknown stateside, the South African is rocketing up the World Ranking a win and a T2 in his last two Euro starts and two match wins at last week's Match Play. Still a bargain, but not for long.
D.J. Trahan ($6,700)
Crafting an impressive career revival at age 39, Trahan has three straight top-20 finishes, including a T10 in the DR last week. He's 7th on Tour in GIR.
