The OHL Classic at Mayakoba golf tournament is set for Nov. 9-12 at El Camaleon Golf Club in Playa del Carmen,Mexico. That means it's time to pick your optimal DraftKings fantasy golf lineup. Fortunately, our fantasy golf experts are ready to help.
Here's what our best OHL Classic 2017 lineup looks like:
Chesson Hadley ($9,900)
Learn the name; you’re going to be hearing it a lot. Last seven starts look like this: 10, 1, T2, T46, T3, 2, T4. Of course, the first four of those were on the Web.com Tour, but the last three were with the big boys. Only career PGA Tour win (2014 Puerto Rico Open) came on Paspalum grass, which is what he’ll be playing on this week.
Zach Johnson ($9,100)
We’re going slightly off the board with our top two picks this week, if you can call a two-time major winner and likely Hall of Famer an off-the-board pick. Zach had a couple of top 5s over the summer and comes in off back-to-back top-20 finishes. Mayakoba values ball-striking over distance, which sets up well for him, too.
Bryson DeChambeau ($8,700)
This guy was once the Next Big Thing before his game deserted him for a spell. It’s back now, to the tune of a T17 at the Safeway and a T7 at the Shriners in his last two starts, not to mention last summer’s win at the John Deere.
Graeme McDowell ($7,700)
We’re tentatively taking a ride on the Graeme Train in ’17-18, although this week will tell us whether to punch our ticket permanently. He won here in 2015 and was T24 last year, so the OHL should provide a good barometer.
Kevin Streelman ($7,600)
Two top-4 finishes in four starts at Mayakoba tell us that Streelman’s a bargain this week. He has a T13 and a T10 among his last three starts. It’s early, but he’s 12th this season in SG, tee to green.
Beau Hossler ($6,900)
It’s rare to look this deep on the board and find a guy coming off a pair of top 10s. Grab this Web.com grad before his draft value starts to match his production.
