It's been a jam-packed offseason with a flurry of blockbuster deals and drama, but with the start of spring training on the horizon, that means the countdown to the 2020 MLB season can begin. All 30 teams are scheduled to report to their spring training facilities in Florida and Arizona the second week of February with Opening Day set for March 26. This is the earliest Opening Day ever (not factoring in international games), beating last year's start by two days. And for the third straight season, Opening Day will feature all 30 teams in action.
The first teams to report to camp will be the New York Mets, Pittsburgh Pirates, and San Diego Padres with pitchers and catchers set to arrive on Feb. 10. The bulk of the teams will start reporting on Feb. 11 and 12, including the defending World Series champion Washington Nationals.
Full squads will be present by Feb. 17 with the first spring training games scheduled for Feb. 21 and a full slate of action on Feb. 22. Whether your preference is Florida or Arizona, here is when and where all 30 teams will hold their spring training.
