Pittsburgh, PA (SportsNetwork.com) - The Cincinnati Reds reinstated closer Aroldis Chapman from the paternity list Thursday. To make room on the roster, the Reds optioned infielder/outfielder Kristopher Negron to Triple-A Louisville.
