Big Race Of The Weekend: 61st annual Daytona 500 (FOX, Sunday, Feb. 17 - 2:30 p.m. ET): William Byron starts from the pole as an all-Hendrick Motorsports front row leads the field to the green flag. Can Chevrolet recover from a dismal 2018 with a win to start the season opener? One of their own, Austin Dillon, is the race's defending champion.

Don't Miss: The NextEra Energy Resources 250 (FOX Sports 1, Friday, Feb. 15 - 7:30 p.m.): The newly-named Gander Outdoors Truck Series season opener is typically the most competitive race of the weekend at Daytona. So far, the entry list hasn't disappointed, with 39 drivers gunning for just 32 spots on the grid. Keep an eye on young Harrison Burton, the son of former Cup Series driver Jeff Burton, who won the ARCA Series race this past weekend at Daytona. He'll run for Kyle Busch Motorsports full-time this year with an organization capable of contending for the series championship.

Best Show Off The Track: 1993 Daytona 500, Pop-Up Style. This 500 is known for the classic late-race call from Ned Jarrett as he willed his son, Dale, to victory in the broadcast booth. His battle with Dale Earnhardt is a NASCAR Classic and one any newly-minted stock car racing fan should learn by heart.
