Star MN high school QB Seth Green commits to Gophers, dumps Ducks
Minnesota high school football standout Seth Green is going to play for the University of Minnesota, changing his mind after originally committing to Oregon.
Green, former quarterback for East Ridge High School in Woodbury, sent out a tweet Sunday afternoon with the news.
Green is referring to Oregon offensive coordinator Scott Frost, who has taken a job with Central Florida, according to the St. Paul Pioneer Press.
It's worth noting that Oregon has two other highly rated quarterback recruits who are committed for 2016, according to Oregon247Sports.com.

Green transferred from East Ridge to Allen, Texas, for his senior year, primarily to play football at the powerhouse school.
He had committed to Oregon in October of last year, snubbing Minnesota at that time.
But according to the Pioneer Press, Green had an official visit to the U of M last weekend.
He's seen as a key addition to the Gopher program, especially since another quarterback recruit, Tony Poljan, decommitted from Minnesota after former offensive coordinator Matt Limegrover was fired last month.
Green graduated from high school in Texas this month, and could participate in spring practices at the U, the Daily Gopher notes.
