Torii Hunter, LaTroy Hawkins join FSN broadcast crew
Twins games in 2017 just got a lot more exciting with Torii Hunter joining the broadcast crew.
Torii Hunter and LaTroy Hawkins have agreed to join the Fox Sports North broadcast crew for select games during the 2017 season.
Both are two years retired from the game and both are also first-year special advisors to the Twins this season.
Play-by-play announcer Dick Bremer is now teamed with five former Twins as Hunter and Hawkins join the already established Bert Blyleven, Roy Smalley and Jack Morris. Tom Kelly has provided analysis during games in recent years as well.
Games that Hunter and Hawkins will do are unknown, but FSN says the quintet of analysts will work in a rotation.
