Cavaliers waive undrafted point guard Robinson
The Cavaliers have officially waived rookie point guard Alex Robinson in order to sign former first-round pick Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot.
Robinson is 6-foot-1 and went undrafted out of TCU in June.
He was signed to an Exhibit 10 training camp contract by the Cavs, which makes him eligible to earn a bonus of up to $50,000 if he were to remain in the organization with the G League's Canton Charge. There is also a chance he could sign elsewhere as an unrestricted free agent.
Both the cutting of Robinson and signing of Luwawu-Cabarrot were confirmed by the NBA's official transactions log.

The Cavaliers' camp roster now stands at the league-maximum of 20. Camp starts Tuesday.
