Your Ball: So, who should start for Cavs?

Kyrie Irving is gone, and Isaiah Thomas and Derrick Rose are here. So perhaps the only new starter for the Cleveland Cavaliers will be at point guard.

But maybe not, too.

Dwyane Wade is on the way, and even at 35 years old, he may not be someone Cavs coach Tyronn Lue will want to bring off the bench. And hey, J.R. Smith has always done very well in that role.

But Smith has also always been the starting shooting guard under Lue.

Or what about newcomer Jae Crowder? He just happens to back up someone named LeBron James. Crowder wasn't likely to start in the first place -- but the addition of Wade probably removes Crowder from the starting equation.

Unless, of course, the Cavs move Kevin Love from power forward to center. Then Tristan Thompson could provide instant offensive rebounding in reserve.

Somehow, Lue will need to get it all figured out. Maybe not now -- but certainly by, say, like March.

Either way, the Cavs are less than a month away from opening day. (Fittingly, it comes against Irving and the Boston Celtics.)

So, who should start? Should the Cavs go small, and put Crowder and James at the forward spots, with Love at center? Or what about shooting guard? Is it Wade or Smith?
