"I just pray he gets the help he needs."
Sometimes people forget basketball is just a game.
Andrew Polk learned on Sunday that not every thought that tumbles through your mind deserves to be tweeted. The Los Angeles "comedian" watched the Warriors dismantle the Pelicans and tweeted one of the most unnecessary things in the history of Twitter, and that's saying a lot.
Obviously Polk's mentions got lit up like a Christmas tree after that, resulting in him issuing an apology and much later going all the way to delete his entire account.

Draymond Green was asked about the comment after the game and had a very level-headed response to the whole thing.

And you could’ve saved your wasted time on that apology @polksalad— Draymond Green (@Money23Green) May 7, 2018
Never forget that "basketball player" is just the title and they're all human at the end of the day.
