Bronny James Turned Heads in First G League Road Game

Los Angeles Lakers rookie Bronny James has played in just six NBA games this season, averaging 0.6 points per game in just over two minutes per contest.

LeBron James' son has gone back and forth from the NBA team to the G League South Bay Lakers team. However, Bronny missed nearly a month after suffering a left heel contusion.

Before the season began, it was reported that Bronny would only play in home games for the G League team.

On Wednesday, however, it was revealed that he would play his first-ever road game in the G League against the Valley Suns on Thursday night.

Not only did Bronny play in his first-ever G League road game, but he broke out with 30 points on 13-of-23 from the field.

He added three rebounds, three assists, a block and a steal in an impressive effort that included a highlight dunk

As such, Bronny's impressive G League outing sparked tons of reactions on social media.

"30 piece for Bronny James in his first G League road game. I remain as high on Bronny as I have been throughout his basketball trajectory. I'm convinced that his NBA potential is real," one fan wrote.

"Young boy finding his rhythm! Yessuh!" wrote another

"Bronny's on fire! His best game in the G League yet. Can't wait to see how he builds on this momentum," said another

"Get your confidence back," said another fan

"Bronny James is here now," wrote another.

"He looks like a different player. That G League gonna develop him," another said.

"If you understand ball, you knew Bronny has the talent… Just needed time to put it together, which is what you expect from the 55th pick lol," another mentioned

It was a strong outing from Bronny, who just played a little over two minutes on December 8 with the Lakers against the Portland Trail Blazers

However, he looked comfortable and flashed a ton of talent in his first-ever G League road game.

Unfortunately, South Bay lost 106-100 on the road despite Bronny's impressive outing.

South Bay faces the Valley Suns again on Friday night on the road, so it will be worth watching to see if Bronny can do it once again.
