The calendar has turned to July, which means it’s almost time for the NFL to get back to business. The regular season doesn’t start until Sept. 8, but teams will open training camp later this month, officially starting the path for what eventually will lead to Super Bowl LI in NRG Stadium in Houston on Feb. 5, 2017.

NFL fans will get the chance to see the 2016 edition of their favorite team up close and personal as all 32 NFL teams will be spread across the country, some closer to “home” than others.

The first camp will open on July 20 (New Orleans) with all teams back on the field by the end of the month. No doubt special attention will be paid to Denver’s training camp at UCHealth Training Center in Englewood, Colo. Rookies are set to report on July 24 with veterans following three days later, but of course that won’t include former starting quarterback Peyton Manning among the many other personnel changes for the defending Super Bowl champions.
