Bills' Keon Coleman Offers Injury Update Ahead Of Rams Clash

Buffalo Bills receiver Keon Coleman is unsure if he'll return from injury against the Los Angeles Rams.

Injuries are a part of football, and for Buffalo Bills rookie receiver Keon Coleman, he's going through a nagging wrist injury that has kept him on the sidelines for the last three games.

Thought to be close to a return last week against the San Francisco 49ers, Coleman didn't suit up as the Bills clinched the AFC East with a dominant 35-10 win.

But now that we are further into the week and Buffalo has held multiple practices, one of which Coleman stated he had to do snow angels after dropping passes, does he feel he'll be ready to suit up in L.A.?

“We’ll see,” Coleman said. “Get better each day, just continue to trend in the right direction so I can get out there and perform.”

Injuries never come at a good time, especially for Coleman, who was just starting to find a groove in Joe Brady's offense with Josh Allen.

Keon totaled receiving totals of 125, 70, and 21 (injured wrist that game), and it looked like he was finally getting his feet underneath him in Year 1. But the football gods had other plans for the rookie, and he's been shelved for the past three weeks.

With the Bills in a dominant position regarding the AFC, and considering the offense has scored at least 30 points in each game Coleman has missed, there isn't exactly a pressing need to rush the rookie back into action.

But having him return at some stage in the next five weeks will give this already explosive Buffalo offense another weapon, and that bodes well for the Bills' chances of chasing down the Kansas City Chiefs for the AFC's No. 1 seed.
