Buffalo Shares Credit, But One Player Wants Trade

The Buffalo Bills dismantled the Seattle Seahawks 31-10, and tight end Dawson Knox credits the run game for helping power the offense.

The Buffalo Bills made it three straight wins with a 31-10 blowout of the Seattle Seahawks at Lumen Field to move to 6-2 on the season ... which one might think would keep everybody around here happy.

With the defense again being a force, keeping opposing offenses to just 10 points for the second straight week, it was then up to Josh Allen and the offense to take advantage - and they did.

Allen and Co. put up 445 yards of total offense, which included 164 on the ground, with James Cook accounting for 111. The passing game was led by Khalil Shakir (nine receptions, 107 yards), Keon Coleman (five receptions, 70 yards, and a touchdown), Dawson Knox (two receptions for 50 yards), and Dalton Kincaid (four receptions for 31 yards and a touchdown).

For Knox, the run game is key in getting the passing attack flowing.

“I think it's back to the philosophy of 'everyone eats,' that's what makes this offense so fun to play for,” Knox said. “Joe [Brady] does an incredible job scheming up defenses for everybody on the offense, I feel like everybody was making big plays ...''

Alas, not every camper is a happy one. Veteran Buffalo safety Mike Edwards, who has been inactive all year, reportedly wants a trade. But otherwise?

Prior to their clash against the Bills, Seattle's defense had given up over 155 rushing yards in their last three games and again allowed that, with Buffalo rushing for 164 yards. Nevertheless, the defensive pieces, including the coming return of suspended Von Miller, seem to be in place.
