Bills Analysis Reveals How Amari Cooper Injury Might Impact Dolphins Meeting
Amari Cooper hasn't had a major impact since being traded to the Buffalo Bills a few weeks ago, but the team is still pleased with what they have seen from the Pro Bowler.
Now, though, the 30-year-old first-round pick may not even be able to suit up for the team's upcoming contest against the Miami Dolphins.
Cooper has been limited in practice all week with a wrist injury and is questionable for Sunday's contest. Despite the injury and Cooper's skill set, there's a fair point to bring up when discussing Buffalo's upcoming AFC East showdown.
They don't exactly need him to beat a downtrodden Dolphins squad.
Buffalo rolled against Miami in their Week 2 contest to the tune of a 31-10 final score. They obviously didn't have Cooper in that one and still forced three turnovers in the blowout win.
Buffalo has shown they can manage the losses of many starters on their roster. They are disciplined and have enough weapons as a collective than the kind of star power that teams like the Dolphins possess.
The Bills have many tough games in their upcoming schedule including back-to-back contests against the Kansas City Chiefs and San Francisco 49ers.
Cooper will certainly be needed for those games.
Against a 2-5 Dolphins squad, though? Not quite as much.
