Dallas Cowboys Star 'Expected' To Make 2022 Season Debut This Sunday

This Sunday afternoon, the Dallas Cowboys play the Washington Commanders in a pivotal NFC East battle. Fortunately, the 'Boys offense will be close to full strength.

Cowboys wide receiver Michael Gallup is "expected" to make his 2022 season debut this Sunday. The 26-year-old is recovering from ACL surgery. He should be good to return this Sunday.

That's big news for the Cowboys, who are trying to gain ground on the division-leading Philadelphia Eagles in the NFC East.

"#Cowboys WR Michael Gallup preparing for practice and expected to make his 2022 debut Sunday at home against Washington. He’s eight months removed from ACL surgery. Team’s director of rehabilitation, Britt Brown, on the chords with him," said Ed Werder.

Michael Gallup has spent his entire four-year NFL career in Dallas. During that span, he has 193 catches for 2,902 yards and 15 touchdowns.

Gallup is a difference maker for the Cowboys, and his return should boost the team's offensive capabilities.
