In Week 10, the New Orleans Saints were the top defense/special teams (DST) in terms of fantasy points. For those that had the Saints all season, congrats to you for keeping with the DST that potentially earned you negative points in Week 3 against Green Bay. Without even scoring a defensive touchdown, they put up the most points they had all season. The Saints truly made Tampa Bay look like a team that was lost. The Saints face the Bengals in Week 10 and are the No. 4 DST in the rankings. It's a risky ranking because the Saints have been a decent DST, but they also have been a mediocre DST. But they are at home and Joe Burrow does turn the ball over, so if New Orleans can replicate last week's showing, this will be a solid DST option.
Miami, Tennessee and Baltimore all scored defensive/special team touchdowns in Week 9. Baltimore is the top-ranked DST this week against the struggling Patriots. The Titans play the Colts on Thursday night and are ranked No. 8. The Dolphins, despite the DST scoring TDs in the past two weeks, are ranked No. 14 against Justin Herbert and the Chargers. For those streaming defenses, the Eagles (ranked No. 2 against the Giants) and the Lions (ranked No. 12 against Washington) are two options this week.
Teams on bye: Atlanta, Dallas, Kansas City, New York Jets
