Eagles Pose Important Question For Fans Ahead Of TNF

Sports fans in Philadelphia and Houston will find themselves in a rare scenario Thursday night.

Not only will the Philadelphia Eagles face the Houston Texans on Thursday Night Football. At the same time, the Philadelphia Phillies will be taking on the Houston Astros in Game Five of the World Series.

Even the Eagles' official Twitter account is apparently trying to keep tabs on the baseball action during the football game.

"Who has the 2-TV setup," the Philadelphia Eagles tweeted.

Thursday night will mark the fifth time ever and the third time since 1975 that two baseball teams will be playing in the World Series while football teams from those same cities play on the same day. It last happened on Oct. 23, 2011, when the Dallas Cowboys played the St. Louis Rams on the same day the St. Louis Cardinals faced the Texas Rangers in Game Four of the World Series.

The two games are at least not in the same city, with the pivotal Game Five taking place in Philadelphia and the football action being played in Houston.

Houston fans might not have much of a decision on their hands as to which game to watch, as the Texans are 1-5-1 and sit in last place in the AFC South while the Astros are playing in their fourth World Series in the past six years.

Philadelphians, on the other hand, will likely be seeking out a "two-TV setup" as their Eagles attempt to remain undefeated and the Phillies look to take a 3-2 lead before the World Series shifts back to Houston.
