Fantasy Football 2016 Kicker Rankings: Week 8

Adam Vinatieri

Adam Vinatieri

Stephen Gostkowski has been the top-ranked fantasy kicker for weeks; however, he has disappointed fantasy owners. Depending on league scoring, Gostkowski isn't even in the top 15 in terms of fantasy points at his position (and he hasn't had a bye week yet). As a result, he's dropped to seventh in the Week 8 rankings. Adam Vinatieri is leading all kickers in fantasy points through seven weeks, which is why he leads the way in Week 8. Indianapolis faces Kansas City on Sunday, and while the game isn't going to be a shootout, the Colts should be in scoring position, and they clearly have faith in their kicker. No reason to stop trusting Vinatieri now in fantasy either.

With six teams on bye this week, don't hesitate to drop your kicker for another one. Few kickers are worth holding onto when they aren’t playing.
