Kadarius Toney is the newest member of the Kansas City Chiefs offense.
The Chiefs have reportedly acquired the former first-round pick from the New York Giants this Thursday. He's another weapon for Patrick Mahomes and Co.
However, Toney has been dealing with a hamstring injury as of late. So it's reasonable to expect him to miss some time before making his Chiefs debut.
But according to ESPN's Adam Schefter, Toney will likely make his debut for the Chiefs on Nov. 6 vs. the Titans of Tennessee.
"Chiefs are on a bye this week so WR Kadarius Toney’s Kansas City debut would be Nov. 6 at home vs. the Titans," said Schefter.
It's entirely possible that debut date gets pushed back depending on Kadarius Toney's healthy, but for now Nov. 6 is the expected date.
Toney is an explosive athlete and exactly the type of player Andy Reid loves to utilize in both his passing and rushing attack. It'd be a small surprise if he excels in the Kansas City offense.
The Giants, meanwhile, are getting a compensatory third-round pick and sixth-round pick in 2023 in return.
