Jerry Jones Has Blunt Response To Antonio Brown's 'Call Me' Request

Antonio Brown is hopeful he'll be getting a phone call from Cowboys owner Jerry Jones ahead of the 2022 season. It doesn't sound like there's any chance of that happening.

Brown was recently asked about a potential return to the NFL earlier this week. To which he replied: "Tell Jerry Jones to call me!"

Jones was asked about Brown's remark this week and didn't have much to say about it, but it certainly doesn't sound like the Cowboys are interested.

"We're good," Jones said in response to Brown's request. "But, we want to give these young guys a real chance to make this team."

It's highly unlikely Antonio Brown plays in the NFL ever again. He simply can't be relied on in any capacity. Plus, it's worth pointing out he's now 34 years old.

The Cowboys, meanwhile, are moving forward with their current crop of receivers. CeeDee Lamb, Michael Gallup and Dalton Schultz are expected to lead an explosive Dallas offense this fall.
