John Harbaugh Has The Latest On J.K. Dobbins' Injury Status

Flex Rankings Week 8: J.K. Dobbins

J.K. Dobbins

Ravens running back J.K. Dobbins is recovering from a torn ACL. Initial timelines suggested he'd be out for Week 1. However, he could be closer to returning than previously believed.

Ravens head coach John Harbaugh told reporters this Thursday that Dobbins is "eager" to return and get back out on the practice field. That return could end up happening next Monday in training camp.

Doctors will have the final say. But it's looking more and more likely Dobbins will return to practice at some point next week to at least begin individual drills.

"He wants to get back out there. We'll look at it again Monday and see where we're at Monday. Maybe he starts doing something like individual, maybe not. It will be up to the docs," said Harbaugh.

J.K. Dobbins' health obviously will be a storyline in Baltimore this upcoming season. If healthy, he'll help return the Ravens' rushing attack to its former glory.

In 2020, Dobbins had 805 yards rushing and nine touchdowns. If he can replicate those numbers again, the Ravens will be in good shape.
