Look: Carson Wentz's Thursday Night Football Stats Go Viral

Washington Commanders quarterback Carson Wentz

Washington Commanders quarterback Carson Wentz has been plagued by inconsistent play throughout his NFL career.

Evidence of this inconsistency can be seen this season, as the 7th year signal caller has posted three 300+ yard outings through five games, but committing seven turnovers throughout the process.

However, Wentz's up and down play seems to disappear when the Thursday Night Football lights shine bright.

"Carson Wentz is arguably the greatest Thursday night quarterback in NFL history. 1443 YDs 15 TDs 2 INTs 6 games. 6-0," said Albert Nguyen.

As Albert Nguyen noted Thursday morning, Wentz has a perfect record in six Thursday night games throughout the course of his career.

Posting 1,443 yards, 15 touchdowns, and only two interceptions in those six games, Wentz appears to turn it on for Thursday Night Football more than any other quarterback in NFL history.

This revelation could bode well for Washington, as the Commanders are set to face the Chicago Bears tonight and are hoping to avoid falling to 1-5 on the season.

Will the Bears become the first team to break the streak and beat Carson Wentz on Thursday Night Football tonight?
