Look: Justin Fields Getting Crushed For Not Throwing To Open Receiver

Bears quarterback Justin Fields vs. Commanders.

Chicago Bears quarterback Justin Fields is either doesn't trust his receivers or is seeing ghosts out there tonight.

Fields, the Ohio State product, didn't throw to a wide-open receiver in the first quarter of tonight's game.

To make matters worse, he appears to stare him down the whole way and still fails to make the throw. Moments later Fields gets sacked.

Why didn't Fields throw the ball?

"how the hell did Justin Fields get sacked right here?? I mean how more open can a receiver be? #WASvsCHI"

Justin Fields is getting crushed for his lack of confidence in his receivers tonight vs. the Commanders.

"Justin Fields had an open receiver AND an open lane to run. Instead, he took a 9-yard sack," said Adam Hoge.

"Fields gets sacked twice on the opening drive... There was some momentum early, but a combination of Fields not trusting his guys and the WRs not getting open kills the #Bears," said Jacob Infante.

Justin Fields has to start trusting his receivers, especially when they get open.
