The Buffalo Bills announced just moments ago that five of their players will be inactive for tonight's NFL season opener. The Los Angeles Rams are in similar shape health-wise.

The Rams have announced they are also ruling five games "out" of tonight's Bills game. That list includes cornerback Derion Kendrick, wide receiver Van Jefferson, quarterback Bryce Perkins, linebacker Jake Gervase and wide receiver Lance McCutcheon.

"Cornerback Derion Kendrick, wide receiver Van Jefferson and wide receiver Lance McCutcheon are among the Rams' inactives for tonight's game against the Bills at SoFi Stadium (5:20 p.m. pacific time, NBC). Quarterback Bryce Perkins and linebacker Jake Gervase rounded out Los Angeles' inactives," the Rams announced.

A few significant inactives for the Rams to begin the 2022 season, but nothing they shouldn't be able to overcome.

The Rams begin their 2022 season just moments from now as they host the Buffalo Bills. Catch the action on NBC.
