Mike Greenberg Admits Concern Surrounding Jets' Locker Room Amid Zach Wilson Controversy

Entering Monday, one could suspect that Zach Wilson's issues within the New York Jets' clubhouse were being overblown. But this discord has since been confirmed, both from the press and Jets personnel firsthand.

The latest to report on Wilson's issues has been Mike Greenberg. In a Tweet on Monday, the ESPN personality suggested that the team's unwillingness to commit to starting Wilson is an issue.

"The #Jets not committing to Zach suggests the locker room is a real problem. Clearly best interest of franchise is leaving him out there. Unless it means flat losing the team," Greenberg tweeted on Monday.

Following his disastrous Sunday- both on and off the field- the Jets' QB may have wanted to avoid social media today. The second-year QB has been roasted by the press, most notably for his assertion after the Jets' 10-3 loss to the New England Patriots that he did not let the team's defense down. The 77 total yards that Wilson passed for begged to speak otherwise.

There's plenty of season to come, and the Jets are very much in the mix for a postseason berth. But as Greenberg acknowledged Sunday, it's difficult not to place stock in Wilson's disastrous Week 11.
