After 17 weeks and 256 games, the NFLplayoffs are here as Wild Card Weekend gets started with two games on Saturday, Jan. 4. The opener has Buffalo taking on Houston while the nightcap finds the defending Super Bowl champion New England Patriots in an unfamiliar postseason setting hosting the upstart Tennessee Titans.

NFL Playoff Games on TV Today
AFC Wild Card: Buffalo at Houston, 4:35 p.m. on ESPN/ABC
The playoffs get started with a pair of 10-6 teams facing off in Houston. The Bills have one of the league’s top defenses but the Texans should get a boost with the return of J.J. Watt. Houston’s offense can be explosive but it also been inconsistent for prolonged stretches during the season. Texans were in this same position last year and lost at home to the Colts.
AFC Wild Card: Tennessee at New England, 8:15 p.m. on CBS
For the first time in 10 years, the Patriots are playing on Wild Card Weekend. But New England is the defending Super Bowl champion until someone beats them. Is Tennessee capable of pulling off the upset in Foxboro?
