Nine games into the 2018 NFL regular season and the 1972 Miami Dolphins can pop open that bottle of champagne once again as there no more undefeated teams. The Los Angeles Rams fell to New Orleans 45-35 on Sunday afternoon, putting an end to their 8-0 start.
The Rams' still own the best record in the league (by percentage points) and will look to get back to their winning ways in Week 10 at home against Seattle. The Saints (7-1) will try and extend their winning streak to eight games when they travel to Cincinnati to face the Bengals, who may be without Pro Bowl wide receiver A.J. Green for an extended period of time due to a toe injury.
The Week 10 slate kicks off with a good one when Carolina heads to Pittsburgh for "Thursday Night Football." The Panthers (6-2) have won three a row while the Steelers have rattled off four straight. The other highlight of the week's schedule is the six divisional games on tap. In addition to the aforementioned Seahawks vs. Rams, there's also Detroit vs. Chicago, Jacksonville vs. Indianapolis, Buffalo vs. New York Jets, Los Angeles Chargers vs. Oakland, and Dallas vs. Philadelphia. The Cowboys and Eagles will meet on "Sunday Night Football" with both teams looking to stay close to the first-place Redskins in the NFC East.
The action concludes with the Giants taking on the 49ers for "Monday Night Football." This is one of those matchups that looked much better entering the season than it does now.
