NFL Predictions: Week 13 Picks for Every Game
It's December but with six (or five for a few teams) games still to play in the regular season, the NFL playoff picture remains clear as mud. Each conference features a whole collection of teams that are currently tied (record-wise) or just a game out of the chase for the final wild-card spot.
The Week 13 slate may offer a bit of clarity, especially with seven divisional contests on time. The action starts with Dallas in New Orleans for "Thursday Night Football." Both of these teams lost at home on Thanksgiving, but the Saints need this one more as they look to snap a four-game losing skid.
On Sunday, the early window finds the Chargers and Bengals hooking up for a critical matchup with both teams holding playoff spots in the AFC as of now. Elsewhere, Arizona comes off of its bye to pay a visit to the Windy City. The Cardinals should get Kyler Murray back from an ankle injury but Justin Fields' (ribs) availability has yet to be determined. There also are a trio of divisional matchups in Tampa Bay-Atlanta, Minnesota-Detroit, and Indianapolis-Houston.
Later on Sunday, two of the bigger rivalries in the league will resume when the Ravens face the Steelers and the 49ers take on the Seahawks. Both Pittsburgh and Seattle desperately need a win at home to end losing streaks. The Rams also will get a golden opportunity to get back into the win column as they host the Jaguars while Washington and Las Vegas pits a pair of playoff hopefuls from different conferences against each other.

In prime time, it's more divisional contests as the Broncos and Chiefs square off on "Sunday Night Football," and the Week 13 slate concludes with a huge AFC East showdown between New England and Buffalo on "Monday Night Football." The Chiefs have rattled off four in a row to reclaim first place in the AFC West while the Patriots are the league's hottest team thanks to a six-game win streak.
