It's Week 7 in the NFL and while the number of undefeated teams remains at two, those still searching for a victory dropped to two. Washington got into the win column with a victory over Miami last Sunday. This week the Dolphins head to Buffalo to take on a rested Bills team that boasts one of the league's stingiest defenses.
Meanwhile, Cincinnati, the other winless team, hosts Jacksonville, who played New Orleans tough last week but just couldn't muster enough offense against one of the NFC's best. The Saints will look to extend their winning streak to five in a row in Chicago against a Bears team coming off of a bye.
The Week 7 slate gets started with AFC East rivals Kansas City and Denver squaring off on "Thursday Night Football." These two teams are coming into this game going opposite directions with the Chiefs having lost two in a row and the Broncos on a two-game winning streak. Other divisional matchups on this week's docket include Minnesota vs. Detroit, Houston at Indianapolis and the other two prime time pairings.
Philadelphia heads to Dallas for "Sunday Night Football" with first place in the NFC East on the line while undefeated New England takes on a rejuvenated New York Jets team on "Monday Night Football." The Jets are rejuvenated following the return of Sam Darnold and their big win at home over the Cowboys last week.
As for the other undefeated team left, San Francisco takes its 5-0 record to our nation's capital to face the Redskins. But the game of the week may take place in Seattle where MVP candidate Russell Wilson and the Seahawks host the Ravens. It should be a lot of fun to watch Wilson and Lamar Jackson, coming off of his own record-setting performance last week, go mano a mano.
