Predictions for Every NFL Game in Week 2
The NFL returned and the first week of action certainly didn’t disappoint. More than half (11 to be specific) of the games were decided by seven points or fewer, four of them by just a single point.
So with one game now in the books, what does Week 2 hold? Can Cam Newton and Carolina rebound at home against a surprising San Francisco team that shut out Los Angeles on Monday night? What about a key, early AFC North matchup between the Bengals and Steelers? The Cowboys and Redskins will renew their historic rivalry with the loser staring at 0-2, same for the Jets and Bills, which will kick off Week 2 on Thursday in the newest iteration of the Nike-designed “Color Rush” uniforms. And can Jimmy Garoppolo do it again when the Patriots host J.J. Watt and the Texans’ new-look offense at Gillette Stadium?
