While one of the most intriguing games of the Week 7 slate in the NFL may have lost some of its luster, it’s still an important matchup and not the only one worth paying attention to. The New England-Pittsburgh showdown that everyone was eagerly awaiting won’t be the same without Ben Roethlisberger (knee injury) playing, but it still pits two of the top teams in the AFC right now and could have a say in how the playoff seeds shake out by season’s end.

Elsewhere, Minnesota returns from its bye looking to remain the league’s only undefeated team to face Philadelphia on the road. How will Sam Bradford fare in his first game against his former team and is rookie Carson Wentz the next quarterback to feel the fury of the Vikings’ defense? Seattle heads to Arizona for a key NFC West matchup as Russell Wilson and the Seahawks look to widen the gap between them and the defending division champs. A win by the Cardinals, which has won two games in a row and appears to be rounding into shape, would put them just a half game behind in the standings.

Outside of Minnesota and Dallas, each of whom has won five games in a row, the hottest teams in the league right now are Buffalo and Washington, both riding four-game winning streaks. The Bills head to Miami looking to keep pace with the Patriots while the Redskins will take on the Lions in Detroit. The Cowboys are on bye, as are the Panthers. Carolina (1-5) desperately needs to regroup as the defending NFC champions are closer to claiming the No. 1 pick in next year’s draft than they are to the first-place Falcons (4-2) in the NFC South.

Week 7 also starts and ends with appealing games, as the action kicks off on Thursday night with the renewal of one of the league’s oldest rivalries as Chicago heads to Green Bay to face a Packers team that is struggling to find its offense. Then on Monday night, the slate concludes with Brock Osweiler’s return to Denver as Houston takes on the defending Super Bowl champions, who have lost two games in a row.

So which teams will come out on top in every NFL game in Week 7? Athlon's own Rob Doster (AthlonDoster), John Gworek (JohnGworek), Steven Lassan (AthlonSteven), and Mark Ross (AthlonMarkR), along with contributor Bryan Fischer (BryanDFischer), predict the winners for every game this week:
