The Week 3 London game gave fantasy football owners a top-three quarterback... in Blake Bortles. However, in Week 4, London hosts another game, and they may see the No. 1 quarterback for the week in Drew Brees. He faces the Miami Dolphins, who just allowed Josh McCown to throw for nearly 250 yards and a touchdown.
For Week 4, Cam Newton has dropped to No. 20. In standard leagues, Newton should no longer be on fantasy teams. Jay Cutler, Andy Dalton and Tyrod Taylor are all ranked ahead of him this week. While those three options aren't ideal, Newton is not himself, and the injuries to his favorite pass catchers aren't helping.
