The Baltimore Ravens are going to have to find some more linebacker depth following Thursday's development. Veteran linebacker Vince Biegel has suffered a season-ending injury in training camp.

Ravens head coach John Harbaugh announced just moments ago that Biegel, 29, will miss the entire 2022 season. He tore his Achilles in practice this week.

An unfortunate setback for Biegel and this Baltimore defense. The team may now look to the free-agent market to try and find some more depth at the linebacker position.

"OLB Vince Biegel tore his Achilles today in practice and is out for the year. He was having a good camp. His third season-ender in three years. Brutal," said Ryan Mink.

Vince Biegel began his NFL career with the Green Bay Packers back in 2017. He's also spent time with the New Orleans Saints and Miami Dolphins. Unfortunately, injuries have played a major factor in his NFL career.

Biegel has played in just 43 games since joining the League in 2017. In those games he has 81 tackles and 2.5 sacks.

Talent hasn't ever been the question for the veteran linebacker. Unfortunately, he's now entering another road to recovery. He'll be out the entire 2022 season.
