Running Back Rankings Week 3

Le’Veon Bell continues to be ranked as the No. 1 running back as we prepare for Week 3 of the fantasy football season, but his grip on the top spot is loosening. You could easily make a case for Kareem Hunt, Jay Ajayi, or Ezekiel Elliott to be No. 1 this week.

But it’s guys like Ty Montgomery, who might be the most targeted player this week by Aaron Rodgers, and Toddy Gurley, who also has emerged as a key part of the Rams’ passing game, who might end up being the top performers at the position when all is said and done.

Perhaps the most intriguing part of these rankings is seeing where guys like Christian McCaffrey rank with Greg Olsen now on the shelf and Tarik Cohen, as Jordan Howard is dealing with a shoulder injury.
