Drew Brees: Super Bowl Odds

The Saints moved one step closer to clinching home-field advantage for the playoffs, and in un-Saints-like fashion, they're doing it with defense right now, holding Carolina to 247 yards and nine points in a 12–9 Monday Night win. The Saints top this week's Super Bowl odds list, a list that grows ever shorter as teams are eliminated from playoff contention. Here's a look at the latest Vegas odds heading into Week 16 for NFL teams with their eye on Super Bowl LIII.

Super Bowl Odds

New Orleans Saints 6/4
Sean Payton and Drew Brees have moved into second place on the all-time coach/QB duo wins list with their 117th regular-season victory together. They should catch Belichick/Brady (205) by about 2036.

Los Angeles Rams 5/1
The Rams mustered a little more offense this week in an OT loss to Philly, but they're showing some alarming flaws down the season's home stretch.

Kansas City Chiefs 7/1
Did all the top contenders peak too soon? Losing a 14-point lead at home with five minutes left, like KC did against the Chargers, is not what a championship team does.

Los Angeles Chargers 7/1
This, ladies and gentlemen, might be the best team in football right now. The Chargers have playmakers at every level of their offense and defense. The only thing they lack is a pro stadium to play their home games in.

New England Patriots 8/1
The Patriots have lost three of five and suddenly can't stop the run. Hey, like the dog in the meme says, "This is fine."

Houston Texans 14/1
Winning nine of 10 is nice and all, but Bill O'Brien still has only one playoff win in five seasons in Houston.

Pittsburgh Steelers 14/1
The Steelers snapped a three-game skid with a win over the Patriots, but this team has plenty of issues.

Chicago Bears 16/1
The Bears have clinched their first division title since 2010, during the glory days of Lovie Smith.

Dallas Cowboys 20/1
Seattle Seahawks 25/1
Baltimore Ravens 40/1
Indianapolis Colts 40/1
Minnesota Vikings 50/1
Philadelphia Eagles 100/1
Tennessee Titans 100/1
Miami Dolphins 1000/1
Washington Redskins 1000/1
Carolina Panthers 2000/1
Cleveland Browns 5000/1
