Video: Peyton Manning Attends Broncos Training Camp

Peyton Manning is back in Denver. The NFL legend attended Broncos training camp practice over the weekend.

Manning was seen greeting new Broncos quarterback Russell Wilson. It just so happens that the two faced off in Super Bowl XLVIII - a game Wilson and the Seahawks dominated 43-8.

Now years later, Wilson is the new face of the Broncos. Manning, who retired in 2016, is still around the franchise as much as possible.

"Peyton Manning Russell Wilson The Sheriff is at Broncos training camp today, watching his former team on Back Together Saturday #BroncosCountry," wrote 9NEWS Sports Denver.

It's pretty interesting that Peyton Manning has such a strong connection to Denver, but not Indianapolis.

The NFL legend spent the first 13 years of his career with the Colts. He played just four with the Broncos. But it's clear he has more of a connection with Denver than he does Indianapolis.

Now that Manning's becoming more involved with the AFC West franchise, it'll be interesting to see how often him and Russell Wilson interact. Manning might have some advice for the veteran Wilson if he wants it.

The Broncos begin the 2022 season on Sept. 12 against Wilson's former team, the Seattle Seahawks.
