What time does the Super Bowl start today?
Super Bowl 2019, more accurately known as Super Bowl LIII or Super Bowl 53, takes place today, Feb. 3, at 6:30 p.m. ET. The game will air on CBS with the New England Patriots taking on the Los Angeles Rams.
This year's Big Game will be played at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta. While Atlanta has hosted two previous Super Bowls (XXVIII, XXXIV) this will be the first for Mercedes-Benz Stadium, which opened in August 2017.
