USFL Games on TV Today

New Jersey Generals at Tampa Bay Bandits, 12 p.m. ET on USA Network

This is the only matchup on the docket between teams that are .500 or better. New Jersey is in the first place in the North Division and has won five in a row while Tampa Bay is battling New Orleans for second in the South. The Generals have gotten the job done on both sides of the ball while the Bandits have had to rely on quarterback Jordan Ta'amu for the bulk of their offensive production.

New Orleans Breakers at Michigan Panthers, 9 p.m. ET on FS1

Michigan has lost five in a row and cut quarterback Shea Patterson, who was the first player taken in the draft back in February, earlier this week. It just so happens that New Orleans picked Patterson up, although don't expect to see much of him since the Breakers already have the USFL's leading passer (Kyle Sloter) and rusher (Jordan Ellis) on their roster. The Panthers' defense has done its part to keep the team in games but that could be an even tougher task against New Orleans' balanced attack.
