WNBA Star Angel Reese is Turning Heads at College Basketball Game

Chicago Sky forward Angel Reese has been enjoying her first WNBA offseason. After turning in a historic rookie campaign, Reese has been seen at NFL games, NBA games, celebrity parties and other exciting events.

Selected 7th overall by Chicago after a decorated collegiate career at LSU, Reese averaged 13.6 points and 13.1 rebounds in her rookie season. Named to the WNBA All-Star team, Reese also received one vote for the Rookie of the Year award that ultimately went to Indiana Fever guard Caitlin Clark.

Before she begins her offseason competition at Unrivaled, Reese was seen on Wednesday at the Maryland-Bucknell college basketball game.

Reese's younger brother, Julian Reese, starts for Maryland. In attendance to support him, the Sky forward has been turning heads on social media.

"Wishing her brother good luck," one fan wrote.

"Great," a Reese fan commented.

"Angel and her mom courtside supporting Julian," another fan added.

"Best basketball siblings duo," another Reese fan page commented.

Entering Wednesday's game, Julian Reese had made six appearances on the season, posting averages of 13.2 points and 9.3 rebounds. The former St. Frances Academy standout is in his fourth collegiate season, all of which have been played with Maryland.

Nearly averaging a double-double on the season, Julian Reese has drawn some comparisons to his sister, who set the WNBA record for rookie double-doubles.

"Julian Reese being a great rebounder with a crazy motor jus like his sister (Angel) is pretty dope lol genetics are crazy," a fan wrote on X during Wednesday's game.
