Nika Muhl's Edgy Pregame Outfit Goes Viral Before Storm-Wings

Seattle Storm rookie Nika Muhl has been turning heads all season, with most of the attention veered toward her pregame outfits. The second-round pick out of UConn walked into the Storm's Monday night matchup against the Dallas Wings with a daring fit that had WNBA fans in awe.

Muhl was wearing a cropped shirt under a collared button-up. She closed out the look with black cargo pants, black heels, and a pair of shades.

WNBA fans reacted to the edgy fit online, sharing some interesting responses. Muhl's black tone and the decision to keep the button-up open made it a daring look, but fans loved the attire.

The post form the official Seattle Storm page on X has over 200 retweets and 20k views, less than an hour into surfacing the internet.

"It’s giving 2000’s girl group [vibe] and I’m here for it," said one fan.

UConn Huskies head coach Geno Auriemma talks with guard Nika Muhl (10) from the sideline as they take on the Georgetown Hoyas at XL Center.

"She been killin' that tunnel walk all season. They have to make an award for this or something," said another fan.

While Muhl has blown up online for her pregame outfits, she hasn't received the same love on the court. The 23-year-old rookie has averaged just 0.6 rebounds and 0.1 assists in 2.1 minutes of game action.

WNBA fans may want the Croatian native to make her mark on the hardwood, but the first-year player is easing her way into the lineup. With the time on the sideline, the rookie is bound to earn great knowledge from veterans like Jewell Loyd and Skylar Diggins-Smith.
