XFL Games on TV Today

New York Guardians at DC Defenders, 2 p.m. ET on ABC

Defenders look to improve to 2-0 at home as the Guardians come to Audi Field in Washington, D.C. Both teams posted impressive wins in Week 1 bolstered by big plays from their defenses. DC quarterback Cardale Jones also had a nice debut with 263 total yards and two touchdown passes. This game could come down to which team runs the ball better, something neither did very well in Week 1.

Tampa Bay Vipers at Seattle Dragons, 5 p.m. ET on FOX

Despite combining for more than 700 yards of offense both the Vipers and Dragons fell on the road in Week 1. Seattle hopes CenturyLink Field will be as much as a home-field advantage for them as it is for the Seahawks but another key for the Dragons is to cut down on the turnovers after committing three last week in a 31-19 loss to the DC Defenders. Tampa Bay also turned it over three times in their 23-3 loss to the New York Guardians as the Vipers managed just one field goal in four trips to the red zone.
