XFL Games on TV Today

Houston Roughnecks at Tampa Bay Vipers, 2 p.m. ET on ABC

The Vipers final get to play at home at Raymond James Stadium after stumbling out to an 0-2 start. Unfortunately, their opponent on Saturday is an undefeated Roughnecks team that has outscored their first two opponents by 24 points. That's twice as many points as Tampa Bay has scored in its first two games, as the Vipers are still looking for their first offensive touchdown. Houston wide receiver Cam Phillips, the reigning XFL "Star of the Week," caught three TD passes from quarterback P.J. Walker in last week's game.

Dallas Renegades at Seattle Dragons, 5 p.m. ET on FOX

This game could be a critical one as both the Renegades and Dragons look to keep pace with the Roughnecks in the XFL West. Both teams picked up their first wins last week, Seattle's coming in front of a crowd of 29,000-plus at CenturyLink Field. The Dragons are still a work in progress on offense, as Brandon Silvers is completing less than half of his attempts with nearly as many interceptions (three) as touchdowns (four) through the first two games. The Renegades got Landry Jones back at quarterback, and he threw for 305 yards but also tossed a couple of picks. The key could be which team runs the ball better. Seattle went for 117 rushing yards last week while Dallas' Cameron Artis-Payne posted 99 yards and two rushing touchdowns in the win over Los Angeles.
